Joyous Laughter For the Kingdom Productions
Mission Statement
To reclaim comedy from the enemy and bring it back into the Kingdom of God.
“If you want to laugh, you shouldn’t have to go to the world and watch comedy on television and bleep it out,” said Tamara, creator of the comic character Mother Jenkins. “God is reclaiming comedy and all of the Arts–everything the devil has stolen–and bringing it back to bless His people.”
To provide clean family entertainment that glorifies God and attracts both the Christian and non-Christian.
“Comedy is good because it’s a break from the religious norm,” Tamara said. “It shows non-Christians that Christians can have fun. God is calling in the younger generation and we need something to offer them.”
To provide the Body of Christ with life-giving medication for the soul.
“Joyous Laughter For the Kingdom is all about expressing joy and laughter which are attributes of God,” Tamara concluded. “Proverbs 17:22 reads that a merry heart doeth good like a medicine.'” “I believe that!” Mother Jenkins has appeared at many concerts, conferences, special church services and other events. As a speaker, performer or author, Book Mother Jenkins for her hilarious presence on the Christian walk.
When it comes to Mother Jenkins, quick laughter and abiding joy are her trademarks. She puts the holy in ha-ha which keeps her comedy “Anchored in Christ”.
